The XAEC-10HS-EPD Evereo CUBE is a electric combination oven and food preserver by UNOX. This oven is designed with Service Temperature Food Preserving technology, meaning this oven will keep and preserve food at the temperature its served and eaten at.

This oven is constructed from stainless steel and features a drop-down double glass door. It has a capacity of 10 half sheet trays and features interior LED lights.

This oven also features a touch screen control panel. The Evereo CUBE can store up to 256 user programs and has technology allowing the oven to manage up to 6 timers. This oven also comes equipped with which intelligently distributed air evenly throughout the cooking chamber. It also comes with Technology which gives the oven maximum thermal efficiency and insulation.
