The Blixer 7 has a powerful 2HP motor that can process up to 25 7-ounce portions at once, whether it’s dessert, main dishes, or sides. It features a 7.5L stainless steel bowl with a handle that provides a better grip, and the bowl comes with a heat- and shock-resistant clear lid with a centrally located pour hole.
The Robot Coupe Blixer 7 V.V. Food Processor is easy to clean and maintain, as well. Its parts are removable and dishwasher safe for fast cleanup. The processor also boasts a variable-speed, direct-drive motor that doesn’t have any belts or brushes to maintain.
