Built with durability in mind, this unit features stainless steel front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom for long-lasting performance.
The four open burners each deliver 35,000 BTU and have a non-clogging design, ensuring consistent gas flow and a strong flame. The removable welded steel grates provide a flat, stable surface, making it easy to move cookware around. The charbroiler, which comes with two 16,000 BTU burners, offers a high heat capacity of up to 600°F and provides an even cooking surface thanks to stainless steel radiants and cast-iron grates that retain heat for faster recovery. Both the burners and charbroiler feature removable drip trays for easy maintenance.
