The Blodgett ZEPH-200-G-ES DBL Zephaire Gas Convection Oven is a double-deck unit designed for use in any commercial foodservice setting. This oven has a stainless steel top, front, and sides that are resistant to corrosion and can be easily cleaned. Its interior has dual-sided, corrosion-resistant porcelain lining with an iron frame. The oven doors have a stainless steel frame and powder-coated handles with turnbuckle assembly for positive closure. The doors are insulated for maximum heat retention. Moreover, the unit has thermal glass windows and interior halogen lighting that offers maximum visibility. Each cabinet includes five (5) chrome racks that can be adjusted in (11) different positions, offering flexibility in baking a variety of dishes. The ovens have a stainless steel combustion chamber delivers optimum performance.
The Blodgett Zephaire Convection Oven ZEPH-200-G-ES DBL has a direct gas system with electronic ignition control system. Its front located control panel has a manual cut-off switch for user’s safety. The solid-state thermostat allows users to adjust temperatures between 200°F to 500°F. It has a 60-minute timer that helps keep a check on the cooking time. The 1/2 HP blower motor with thermal overload protection offers maximum operation efficiency. The unit also has a two-speed fan motor that ensures uniform air distribution throughout the cabinets.
