The Heiss Braiser Pan is a 7.5-quart (8 quart when filled to the rim) round braiser with lid, made of cast aluminum with an induction base and ceramic enamel coating. It is heat resistant to 500 °F and safe for oven, induction, gas, electric, and open flame use. This red pan with a black interior and clear coat finish measures 14-3/4 inches in diameter and 3-3/16 inches in height, providing ample cooking capacity.
