Cayenne Soup Kiosks are free standing merchandisers which offer a variety of graphics in order to blend with whatever the decor of your restaurant may be. This model features the Country Kitchen graphic, which can be displayed and protected behind the clear graphic coating, giving it a long life. The Signature Server Classic base is in black laminate. All the Cayenne Soup Kiosks use 7-1/4 qt insets in 7 qt wells, which are individually, thermostatically controlled, so that each soup can be served at its most flattering temperature. The controls are recessed, so they don’t interrupt the flow of the graphics, and the temperatures can’t be changed randomly. You have to know where to find the knob to tamper with the soup.
A menu board lets your guests know at a glance which soups you happen to be serving on any given day. A lighted canopy gives them a better view of all you have available to them. Storage is offered on either the front or the back of the base, and there’s a hinged door with a lock to protect your belongings. Self-leveling dispensers for bowls and cups, and a 6″ deep pan for napkins or spoons can be found on the heavy duty stainless steel countertop.
