The Bakers Pride® Y-802-DSP is a double-deck version of the Y-800-DSP, built for high-volume pizza production and versatile baking applications where performance and presentation go hand in hand. Its extra-wide 84 frame and elegant display design make it ideal for open kitchens, showpiece pizzerias, and bakeries that want to showcase authentic baking while meeting the demands of large-scale production.

Constructed on a fully welded, heavy-duty angle iron frame, the Y-802-DSP is engineered for durability, stackability, and continuous operation. Each deck includes a Lightstone Fibrament baking surface with an 8 deck height, providing excellent heat retention and consistent results across both chambers.

This model can be installed behind a decorative brick, stone, or tile façade for a traditional old-world look, or displayed in stainless steel with optional black-powder-coated panels and hardwood handles for a more modern touch. With 240,000 BTUH of baking power, independently controlled top and bottom dampers for each chamber, and a spacious 66 × 44 deck size per level, the Y-802-DSP is the ultimate solution for kitchens that require both capacity and style.
