The Southbend 4603DC is a 60″ gas range designed for high-volume commercial kitchens. It features (10) star/sauté burners with standard grates and standing pilots for reliable cooking. The unit includes (1) standard oven with battery spark ignition, along with (1) cabinet base for storage and (1) rack. It is equipped with a 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf and constructed with stainless steel on the front, sides, and shelf. The range provides 375,000 BTUs of power and comes with 6″ adjustable legs for flexibility. CSA and NSF certified for safety and reliability.
