This table has the sides, top, front, grille, and doors made of durable stainless steel that is resistant to rust and corrosion. The back and bottom of the unit are galvanized. Its interior liner is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum. The 10″ wide cutting board on the table is perfect for making large sandwiches. The cutting board is made of white polyethylene plastic, which can be removed for cleaning. The prep table features (2) epoxy-coated steel wire shelves in each section that can be used for keeping supplies in quick reach.
This prep table has removable hoods and insulated lid assemblies made of durable stainless steel. The unit uses the environmentally-friendly R290 refrigerant that helps keep the ingredients fresh for a long time. The pans on the table are 4″ deep and made of polycarbonate plastic. The enhanced airflow system on the unit helps maintain temperatures between 36°F and 38°F. An automatic, non-electric defrost system is provided for maintaining optimum performance. The evaporator coil on the unit is epoxy-coated to provide protection from corrosion.
This table has self-closing doors featuring the 120° “Stay-Open” mechanism on the cartridge style hinges. This feature lets users easily load and unload items. These field-reversible doors have snap-in door gaskets that provide a secure seal. Each door has painted aluminum handles on them. 6″ casters for easy maneuverability. (2) casters have brakes on them. The unit meets NSF-7 standard and requires a 120V electrical connection to function. 8 ft cord and a plug included.
