The Winco EGD-16M Spectrum electric griddle is built for efficient cooking with its 16-inch-wide by 16½-inch-deep solid steel cook plate, featuring a ½-inch-thick grill surface for even heat distribution. Its manual-controlled heat zone allows temperature adjustments from 150 to 480°F to accommodate various cooking needs. Constructed with a stainless steel body, this griddle includes a rear and side backsplash for mess control, while an integrated stainless steel catch tray collects excess grease. For stability, it is equipped with adjustable stainless steel feet. A 3¼-inch-wide grease trough efficiently directs grease into the large removable grease drawer, designed with a weep hole and baffle for improved drainage. Operating on 120 volts, it supports single-phase electrical connections for versatile kitchen setups.
