The Excellence HBD-6 is a dipping cabinet that is designed to hold ice creams and attract customers to increase sales. This merchandiser cabinet is an essential addition for sorbet shops, ice cream parlors, concession stands, and restaurants to display a variety of different flavors to the customers, especially little kids. With 11.1 cu. ft capacity, users can easily store and display up to (6) 3 gal cans and hold additional (4) 3 gal cans to make sure that the stock doesn’t run out. The tub holders keep the cans securely stored so that they don’t fall at the time of scooping out the ice cream. The interior LED light enhance presentation and makes the ice creams look attractive. The mezzanine shelf increases space and allows users to display samples to the customers.
This dipping cabinet has a wide range thermostat for users to adjust the temperature between -15°F to +15°F. The heat reflective lid on the top helps maintain the interior temperature so that the ice cream doesn’t melt. This cabinet stays chilled as eco-friendly R290 refrigerant is circulated throughout the cabinet.
The white steel exterior of this ice cream cabinet assures durability and rust-resistance. The interior is made of galvanized steel for easy cleaning and maintenance. The cold wall evaporator of this merchandiser assures uniform cooling throughout for safety of the ice cream stock.
