Cold wells are the basis of any successful salad bar or cold buffet. Coldwall Drop-in Refrigerated Cold Display Units are self-contained models intended to keep your chilled foods refreshing and perfect. Made entirely of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, they’re insulated with foamed-in non-CFC polyurethane and use R-404A refrigerant. Each cold well holds one deep full size pan or a combination of two standard size pans. The recessed ledge supports the ends of your pan, and two divider bars are provided for side support of your pans. The interior has coved corners, and the drain at one end has a gate valve. The temperature is thermostatically controlled, and always remains below 41F. Being swivel mounted, the condensing unit can be placed on any of the four sides. The dual air movement louver and sliding shroud direct the air flow. This well is designed with EcoSmart technology, which causes it to use electricty sparingly and lower your energy
