This heated Carving Shelf can hold a 70 lb roast. Halo Heat emanates from the carving surface, which is recessed, allowing juices to drain. The 250w double-lamp assembly provides even more surface heat. The clear glass frame customer breath guards are used to protect the product and can be easily removed for cleaning. This meat carving station is made of 18 gauge stainless steel and includes one ON / OFF power switch and one indicator light. The heated shelf base is controlled by one three position toggle switch for LOW / MED / HIGH heat. It’s furnished with one set of 1″ legs and one USDA certified cutting board with a gravy lane. EcoSmart® technology makes this an especially practical piece of equipment because it’s so stingy with its use of electricity.
