Serving hot, luscious foods is critical to the health of your cafeteria or restaurant, and with this Halo Heat Display Case with a European Style Base, you can do it, even if you had to cook in quantity prior to a rush, and look good doing it. It’s made of stainless steel with a black exterior which should compliment any room. This 4 foot full-service model holds three full size hotel pans, or a combination of other hotel and sheet pan sizes. Its curved glass front lifts to a right angle for cleaning, and is edged with a rubber gasket to buffer it from cracking or harm. Lighting for the case comes from two over head lighting zones, each with a power switch, and a total of six coated shatter proof bulbs. No water is added to the case, so you aren’t promoting the development of condensation on the glass. Your customers won’t be uncomfortably warm standing near the case, as there’s a front-mounted heat guard. The bumper, also on the front of the case, is made is fully recyclable, and mostly polycarbonate, already recycled. Behind the unit, you’ll find a 10 inch x 36 inch work station conveniently adhered to the base. Removable sliding glass doors allow you stock and clean the case easily. The interior of these doors is mirrored, so that as people are choosing their meals, they can see what you’ve prepared from every angle.
Halo Heat is a great way of retaining the freshness and quality of your foods, because as it rises carefully from two heating zones in the base of your unit, it doesn’t promote wither dehydration or stillness, due to its air being stationary. Each of the heat zones is thermostatically controlled, with setting ranges of 1 to 10, and heat indicator lights.
