The Beverage-Air DP67HC Pizza Prep Table is designed to store, prep, and assemble all your ingredients for maximum output in minimum time. This model provides plenty of space to prepare pizzas, sandwiches, subs, salads, and so much more to assure quick service in your food joint. Boasting a stainless steel exterior with galvanized bottom and back, this prep table provides great benefits for years to come. Its anodized aluminum interior keeps the cabinets clean and safe from corrosion, making it an ideal choice for every commercial setting. To assist in streamlining pizza preparation, its top food rail can accommodate three (3) full-size pans in the pan inserts. The stainless steel lift-off lid is insulated to ensure that there is consistency in temperature. This self-contained prep table comes with two (2) doors and four (4) epoxy-coated wire shelves to store food. These self-closing doors have a stay-open feature up to 120° so that you can load and unload trays with ease, and the doors have cartridge hinges to prevent sagging and ensure a firm closure.

This unit holds temperature from 36°F to 38°F and works perfectly under the ambient temperature of 100°F. HCFC- and CFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation prevents warm air from entering the unit and cold air from going out. The prep table’s 1/4-horsepower compressor and R290 refrigerant system keep the equipment working effectively without compromising environmental safety. The epoxy-coated evaporator coil keeps it corrosion-free and long-lasting. With 3″ swivel casters, you can move the unit at the time of cleaning and maintenance without a lot of effort.
