A convection oven circulates air constantly to eliminate hot spots, which is an asset when you want crisp skin on poultry or great browning on roasts. This countertop convection oven makes use of an advanced airflow system along with a patented baffle-bearing motor to ensure a high level of performance. Its heavy-duty squirrel cage fan is able to move more air in less time to ensure uniform baking.
The simple, manual controls that come with this unit include a 60-minute timer and temperature control settings from 175° to 500°F. The cooking chamber can accommodate three quarter-size sheet pans with 2 1/2″ between shelves. With its small footprint, this countertop oven is a great way to increase cooking capacity without sacrificing valuable space. The electric unit runs on 120 Volts and has a NEMA 5-15P plug.
