The Frigos FGV-SWPT-72 is a 72-inch, three-door refrigerated sandwich and salad prep table with 22.3 cubic feet of base storage and a top rail that holds 18 sixth-size (1/6) pans, 6 inches deep — all 18 pans included. This is a workhorse station for sandwich shops, sub franchises, pizza kitchens, and salad bars that need cold toppings organized and accessible during service.
The top prep area features a cutting board surface with recessed pan wells that keep ingredients at safe temperatures while your team builds orders. Below, three solid-door compartments with adjustable shelves store backup ingredients, prepped proteins, and bulk containers. The stainless steel exterior and Cyclopentane insulation maintain consistent cold temperatures across the full unit.
A 1/5 HP back-mounted compressor handles the cooling load for both the top rail and lower cabinet. The unit stands 45-3/8 inches tall — standard prep table height — and rolls on casters for repositioning. At 72 inches wide, it provides a full prep station for two team members working side by side.
