Prepare fresh pizzas with this Traulsen TS048HT Pizza Prep Table. Featuring a net capacity of 9.5 cu. ft., this 48″L prep table boasts a high-quality stainless steel construction for a lasting performance. It can accommodate 6″H standard full-size, half-size, or third-size pans without adapter bars, or sixth or ninth-size pans with use of adapter bars. A raised ingredient rail can hold up to (6) third-size pans with insulated lid. A 15″ work surface allows users to assemble pizzas with great ease. This table includes a field-reversible door with lock for food safety. This self-closing door comes with a stay-open feature that allows for easy loading and unloading of stock. The door opens to reveal (2) shelves that can accommodate trays, pans, ingredients, and other preparation tools. The model’s front-breathing system allows user to place the table without any clearance requirement.

The Traulsen pizza prep table has a TempAssure® airflow system that is designed for cold air retention without freezing the food items that can occur in traditional cold wall prep units. The patented INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system allows to maintain the cabinet temperature between 34°F and 38°F. The refrigerated prep table is equipped with a powerful 1/2 HP compressor that uses R-404a refrigerant to hold food at optimum temperature. A 2″ insulation layer contributes to outstanding temperature retention and efficiency. The hot gas defrost function prevents frost and moisture build-up while the condenser coil filter eliminates heat from the refrigerant to ensure cold air circulation throughout the table. This table has a 9 ft cord and NEMA 5-15P plug set for installation and requires a 115V, 60 Hz, 9.8 Amps, 1-phase electrical connection.
