Description
Kills 99.9% of harmful food-borne illness causing bacteria (like , salmonella, etc.) on cut, chopped, peeled, and other processed produce. 100% Natural. Rinses away clean leaving no aftertaste or smell. Certified Kosher by the Orthodox Powder can be mixed with regular tap or municipal water at a concentration of 5 grams per liter. Fill scoop to line 1 for 5 gallons (20 liters). Use a full scoop for 10 gallons (40 liters). Measure pH of solution to determine activity level of cleaning solution. Maintain pH between 2.5 and 3.5. If pH is above 3.5, add Fit to bring pH back into target range. Soak only fruits and/or vegetables that have been processed (cut, chopped, peeled, etc.) for 30 seconds, or up to 1 minute for harder to clean items. Scrub if necessary and then rinse with water as usual.
