Plus, the stone sharpener is removable and dishwasher safe for easy cleaning and sanitation, and it can even be used wet or dry. The slicer’s knife edge is covered when the sharpener is both mounted and removed for safety.
The Hobart HS7N Automatic Heavy-Duty 13″ Slicer also features a tilting, removable carriage system that allows for easy mid-day cleaning. The carriage system is also removable for complete cleaning and sanitation. A gas-assisted leg helps the operator easily lift the slicer for cleaning underneath the machine, and a burnished aluminum base has fewer cracks and bolt holes where bacteria can grow.
