The Star 515EF Countertop Fryer is a compact and highly utilitarian commercial kitchen appliance that can be used in small restaurants, cafes, delis, and diners. The high-efficiency heating mechanism ensures even heat distribution and precise temperature control. This electric fryer has a stainless steel body with black polycarbonate trim on the front panel. This unit can be used for frying potato wedges, onion rings, and other snacks. It holds temperatures between 200°F to 375°F and can fry 25 lbs French fries per hour. It has an adjustable thermostat and a high-limit safety thermostat installed on it with separate switches for both.
This countertop fryer has a one-piece nickel-plated, lift out steel kettle with 15 lbs capacity that is perfect for straining of oils. The tubular immersion-type, swing-up, two-position element aids efficient frying. The (2) sided-mounted nickel-plated, perforated steel mesh baskets come as standard accessories with the unit. It has (2) indicator lights for users to monitor the operational status of the unit. The (2) large nickel-plated steel mesh side hanging baskets are designed to give a continuous flow of products during peak hours.
This fryer comes fitted with a set of (4) 4″ legs with nickel plating. A 6 ft. lead-in cord and NEMA 6-30P plug come included with the unit.
