The Star 536TGF Star-Max Electric Griddle is a perfect choice for restaurants, cafes, diners, and other commercial foodservice settings. This countertop griddle features a heavy-duty 1″ stainless steel griddle plate that’s versatile enough for cooking a variety of foods. The unit’s front panel is just as tough, constructed of rust-resistant stainless steel material while its side panels are made of double-wall aluminized steel.

In addition to its durability, the griddle delivers efficient heating that’s ideal for high-volume use. It’s fitted with a 4,000W sheath-type heating element at 12″ intervals across the cooking surface to eliminate hot spots and provide even heat. A snap-action thermostat is embedded inside the griddle plate, and the thermostat knob is protected by a cool-to-touch bull nose front that ensures a comfortable work zone. You can adjust the griddle’s temperatures from 150°F to 450°F to ensure superior heat distribution and faster recovery.

The Star 536TGF Star-Max Electric Griddle is simple to clean and maintain, as well. The griddle plate features a wrap-around splash guard that prevents grease and oil from splattering on your walls. An integrated grease trough with a chute at the front allows for easy cleanup, and a grease drawer collects food debris to help maintain proper sanitation while you cook.
