The True TDD-1-S-HC draft beer system features a 3-inch-diameter insulated stainless steel column, strategically designed to reduce foaming by directing cold air into it. With the capacity to accommodate one half-barrel keg, the interior boasts a robust stainless steel floor for durability. Improved visibility is ensured with LED lighting, and the door threshold protector minimizes dents and scratches when loading kegs. The unit’s exterior is crafted from strong and corrosion-resistant stainless steel and aluminum materials. Convenient mobility is provided by 4-inch-diameter castors, while a 12-inch-long recessed door handle facilitates easy opening.
Internally, the True TDD-1-S-HC draft beer system allows users to set the temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, maintained by the environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a capillary tube system. The unit employs fans with electronically commutated motors for efficient cold air circulation, producing less heat and consuming less energy than traditional options. To ensure an airtight seal and lock in cold air, dense polyurethane insulation fills the walls and door, complemented by magnetic gaskets that firmly secure the door closed. Maintenance is simplified as gaskets can be removed without tools, and the condenser is easily accessible. Additionally, the compressor fan reverses for 20 seconds upon each startup, effectively blowing off dirt, dust, and debris from the condenser coil.
