The True TRCB-36 chef base employs the use of R134A refrigerant within its capillary tube system, maintaining a consistent temperature range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The condensing unit, conveniently located for accessibility, slides out from the rear, facilitating easy cleaning and servicing. The evaporator’s efficient airflow, generated by the fan motor and large blades, ensures even distribution throughout the cabinet. Additionally, the epoxy-coated evaporator is resistant to corrosion.
Constructed with a stainless steel exterior and an aluminum back that matches, the True TRCB-36 chef base features an interior liner made of clear-coated aluminum. This unit is equipped with two drawers, each capable of accommodating one full-size food pan and three sixth-size food pans (sold separately). The stainless steel top includes a drip-resistant edge to contain spills, and it can support up to 717 pounds of equipment, providing both durability and functionality.
