Description
The True TSSU-48-12D-2-ADA-HC is an ADA-compliant food prep table with a 34-inch height. It features two sections: one with a door and one with two drawers, all equipped with 12-inch recessed handles and removable magnetic gaskets for easy cleaning. The interior has a clear-coated aluminum liner and stainless steel floor.
The unit comes with two adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves, and each drawer can hold a 12x18x6-inch food storage box (sold separately). It includes 12 food pans and a full-length polyethylene cutting board. The prep table maintains a temperature between 33 and 41°F using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a capillary tube system.
Its epoxy-coated evaporator and sealed cast iron fan motor enhance durability, while the removable condenser simplifies servicing. The condensing coil stays clean with a reverse condensing fan motor, improving energy efficiency and product temperatures when combined with regular maintenance.
