The True TSSU-60-16D-4-HC is a versatile refrigerated sandwich prep table, perfect for salad and sandwich preparation. It features a removable 11 3/4″ deep cutting board and includes (16) 1/6 size, 4″ deep food pans. You can also use 6″ deep food pans (sold separately) for extra storage.
The four drawers are easy to clean and can each hold up to one full-size, 6″ food pan (sold separately). This refrigerator maintains temperatures between 33-40°F with a 1/3 hp compressor using eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant and high-density polyethylene insulation.
An insulated stainless steel hood and lid keep ingredients fresh, and the unit is easy to clean. With a durable stainless steel construction, this prep table is built to last and operates with a 115V electrical connection.
