One of the strongest features of this unit is the three lamps, bulbs not included, which afford your guests a better view of what you’re serving. This model accommodates 4 pans. The stainless steel well is 6″ deep with a 1″ drain. The solid base is enclosed in a cool, stylish granite wrapper, and has a 35″ high work surface constructed of one piece of stainless steel. An acrylic breath guard with a 12″ clearance stalls the spread of germs. Polyurethane foam insulation surrounding the wells makes helps to keep this station appropriately chilled.
