The attached work surface is 35″ high and built of one single sheet of stainless steel. At the center of this unit is its 6″ stainless steel well which has just the right amount of space for 3 pans and a 1″ drain to make cleaning easier. Locking casters allow for both the moility to move the unit for cleaning and the stability to know that it’s resting securely in place as your diners are serving themselves.
