Description
The Bistro 4355 oven boasts a generously sized door measuring 24.5 inches in width and 7.5 inches in height. Its spacious cooking area extends 34 inches wide and 39 inches deep, offering an ample 9.2-square-foot cooking surface. The oven’s durability and structural integrity are reinforced by a tensioned steel exoskeleton that encircles the hearth and dome. Encased in high-performance spun ceramic fiber insulation, it maintains a minimal 1-inch clearance from combustible materials. The robust, monolithic cast-ceramic hearth and dome are supported by a sleek black powder-coated steel stand, while the oven’s exterior is sheathed in durable stainless steel.
Arriving fully assembled for convenience, the oven can be optionally disassembled using the Lifting System to navigate through a 32-inch doorway, as detailed in the Installation and Operation Manual. Proudly ETL Listed and crafted in the USA, this oven is installation-ready.
Fuel Configurations:
Gas-Fired Only: Tailored for use with either natural gas (NG) or liquid propane (LP).
Radiant Flame (RFG): Features a modifiable radiant flame (maximum 80,500 BTU/hr for NG) positioned at the rear of the cooking chamber, allowing precise user control to harmonize the oven’s top heat with the heat emanating from the floor.
Wood-Fired (W): Exclusively wood-fired.
Combination (-W): Supports optional wood burning in conjunction with gas burner configurations. Please note that adding wood to an RFG burner-equipped oven will diminish the available hearth space.
