Crafted from durable 16-gauge polished stainless steel, the Cascade Rotisserie stands as a testament to quality and performance in the culinary world. Powered by a robust 1/4 HP variable speed DC motor with soft start and stop, this rotisserie boasts a rugged two-stage gearbox, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.

Standard with six 44-inch stainless steel angle spits, the Cascade Rotisserie offers a generous capacity of 3642 chickens, perfect for high-volume kitchens. For larger productions, an optional 10 spit model is available, exclusively designed for chicken with a capacity of 6070 birds.

Heating is optimized with two burners: a powerful adjustable wall of radiant flame at the front of the cabinet and an overhead IR burner. The Cascade features a constant drip water bath, ensuring grease from cooking products is continuously removed from the cabinet. Cleaning is made effortless with a removable drain plug.

Equipped with rear doors and a bump-bar style shutoff on the front, the Cascade Rotisserie offers convenient loading and unloading from either location. The controller and motor can be positioned on either side of the unit, providing flexibility to accommodate various kitchen layouts.

VENTING INFORMATION

The WS-GFR-# must be vented using a Listed Type 1 exhaust hood, or one constructed in accordance with NFPA 96 and all relevant local and national codes. The rotisserie must be vented in accordance with all relevant local and national codes, and in a manner acceptable to the authority having jurisdiction
